From the dynamic façade to the atmospheric lighting, our visual assets breathe life into the project—highlighting its scale, purpose, and timeless appeal. The visuals serve not only to present architecture, but to immerse viewers in the narrative of space, innovation, and sophistication.
Breaking down the vision
In parallel with the production of Tropical TA Tower’s official animation and renders, we crafted a behind-the-scenes exploration that unpacks the artistry, techniques, and thought processes embedded in each frame.
As the tallest commercial tower in the country, Tropical TA Tower presented an opportunity for us to push the envelope of architectural storytelling. This breakdown highlights how we transformed a vision of glass, steel, and ambition into a compelling visual narrative.
Perfecting the Digital Architecture
At Latitude-23, we explored every angle—both literal and conceptual—to bring out the spirit of this monumental structure. Through our immersive visualization pipeline, we navigated camera movement, lighting design, atmospheric mood, and spatial composition in a real-time environment. This enabled us to plan, preview, and adjust on the fly, allowing creativity to lead the process rather than follow it.
A Fully In-House Production
This animation was a completely in-house endeavor—from concept sketches and previsualization, to art direction, modeling, texturing, animation, and compositing.
