Magnus, a landmark development by Shanta Holdings Ltd., stands as a timeless expression of modern luxury—nestled beside Gulshan Lake, in one of Dhaka’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Designed by globally acclaimed SCDA Singapore, this residence brings together serene views, bold architectural form, and world-class amenities in a masterpiece built for generations.

The design of Nirantar places emphasis on flow—of space, air, light, and experience. Our challenge was to visually simulate that seamlessness. We leaned into slow transitions, natural textures, and landscape interplay to achieve a feeling of quiet luxury.

With only 24 expansive residences, Magnus is defined by exclusivity and refined scale. Our visual narrative accentuates the calm confidence of its lake-facing orientation, 55-foot wide frontage, and dramatic North-South alignment. From the temperature-controlled pool to the grand double-height reception, every element was curated to feel aspirational, personal, and profound.

Working within our real-time visualization environment, we carefully navigated each shot—blending mood lighting, spatial storytelling, and subtle motion. The choreography between architectural form and lifestyle amenities—like the Skydeck, steam and sauna zones, or the lush green lawn—enabled us to create a cinematic journey through a truly rare address.

Our task was to visualize not just the elegance of Magnus, but the aura it embodies. Through cinematic animation and high-fidelity renders, we showcased its commanding presence, signature details, and the harmony between opulence and purpose.
