NH Tower

NH Tower is a state-of-the-art commercial development located in the rapidly transforming business district of Tejgaon. With its roots as an industrial zone, Tejgaon is now emerging as the financial pulse of the city, and NH Tower reflects this transition with a vision steeped in minimalism, smart technology, and intelligent architecture.

We set out to evoke an atmosphere of innovation and precision. Using lighting contrasts, structured camera transitions, and minimalist framing, we emphasized both the external grace and the internal logic of the structure. Our real-time visualization workflow allowed for iterative improvements during the creative process.

Throughout the production of NH Tower’s animation and renders, our team overcame challenges such as showcasing smart architectural features without overwhelming the viewer. Balancing elegance with utility became the focal point of our approach.

From sketch to screen, every element of this animation was handled within our team. Modeling, texture detailing, lighting composition, and post-production were all choreographed to ensure consistency and impact.
